This is an umbrella project (BDP) funding mainly Capacity Development Practice activities as they relate to the following three outputs: - Capacity development: executive branch institutions at the national and local level strengthened (esp. with regards to capacities for strategic planning, budgeting, implementation, aid and policy coordination, absorption of aid and investment, provision of public services, oversight, and accountability mechanisms)
- Training and learning: CO, UNCT, national and local counterparts knowledge of CA/CD increased and ability to program for CD enhanced
- Knowledge codification and sharing: Best practices and lessons learned for CD codified and distributed to interested partners with the Europe and CIS region and globally
